Website descriptions misleading

My Google search was for cartons. When I shopped this website, there is nothing stating that the product is sold "by the pack". I was skeptical due to the price (which is comparable to local discount smoke shops) and thought I might be receiving packs not cartons. This is the case.
Also, the postal delivery required a signature. Due to my schedule and holiday scheduling, it was over a week before I could pick up the package.
All-in-all I am very disappointed with Best Smoke Shop. I will not be making future purchases and will not recommend. I am still considering contacting BBB for false/misleading advertising..
