I can't use this new blend, its awful and just makes me feel gross. it isn't what it was before and it seems to be something way different all together.
Whenever they come with a "new formula" its never good at first. it becomes this game of figuring out if the batch is good. Its not viable for the customer to worry if the product is actually what it is or if its something new and ineffective. I spend a lot of money at all of your locations and I have to say that the decision making on your private label blend has been pretty bad and I think the mercy period has ended. I will most likely be moving on from the store. I spend an ungodly amount of money there, staff is great, but most of what i come for is either gone or modified into something different. The gamble isn't worth it.
You keep changing it and it comes back with several bad batches before it becomes anything good. I am convinced the last few batches of "original" are just the berry version. Other places don't have this issue. I think this is mismanaged and I spend WAY too much money with you. Customer service is good, every employee is cool, but I am not dealing with the decision makers here anymore. Its careless or just incompetence at best. Figure out a stable solution and keep the formula or stop trying.
I fully agree with the first review. The new stuff is not good at all. I got the shakes so bad after taking it that I couldn’t even walk, I almost went to the ER it got so bad. My mouth burned while letting it absorb and then went numb for a bit afterwards. I really hope they get something close to the product before these! I had to quit cold turkey & didn’t have any withdrawal issues so I was very pleased with that. I will keep checking back…maybe. I have saved a lot of money by not buying this new stuff! I will continue to buy my vapes there as they have the cheapest prices!
The previous batch with the No Label that you guys took off the shelf was what I was coming for for a long time it was consistently good and better than anything at the price point then anybody else's shop that I found around. I was assured by the clerk that this new batch was the same consistency and potency maybe even stronger than the last one that were taken off the shelves. I bought a few in bulk and I am very disappointed definitely will not be back. I hope that you guys can get it back to the ones before but I'm very hesitant on trying and I'm back on the search again for something else. Not to be spiteful or anything like that and I really hope that this review is just a private email to you guys not something I want to make public at all but I do want you to understand my frustration and I hope that we can get a batch back like you guys had before with the previous rubies. Thanks!
